walk and Talk Therapy

Taking therapy outdoors for fresh air and a fresh perspective

Walk-and-talk therapy combines the therapeutic benefits of traditional talk therapy with the therapeutic benefits of the natural, restorative power of movement and being outdoors. This could mean walking on a trail, in a neighborhood or other peaceful setting.

If you believe you might benefit from talk therapy but find sitting face-to-face in an office unappealing or maybe even intimidating, perhaps walk-and-talk therapy might be a better option for you!

 

In our initial appointment we will first meet in my office where we can get to know one another, clarify your goals for therapy and explore whether Walk and Talk therapy makes sense for you.
